Pablo Lara-Gonzalez, PhD

Assistant Professor, Department of Developmental and Cell Biology - University of California, Irvine

Pablo is originally from Chile, where he obtained his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry at the Universidad de Concepcion. Afterwards he moved to the UK where he did his PhD at the University of Manchester, under the supervision of Dr. Stephen Taylor. Then, he moved to California to work as a postdoc in Arshad Desai's laboratory at the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research.

When Pablo is not working in the lab, he loves traveling, going on hikes and watching classical movies.
